Dutch Gouda

A semi-soft to hard cow’s milk cheese from the Netherlands, named after the city of Gouda in South Holland. Mild, creamy, slightly sweet, with a supple texture to stronger, nuttier, saltier, with caramel-like notes and a firm, crumbly texture.
